You pull a strap that spins a flywheel. On the way back the flywheel pulls you in again and you brake it – so both the pulling and the braking phase train your muscles. The harder you pull, the harder it pulls back.
Stronger in less time
Both the lifting and the lowering phase count, so every rep does more work.
Always your level
The resistance follows your own force. Gentle enough for rehab, tough enough for athletes.
A full gym in one device
Squats, rows, presses and rotations – on a wall, a rack or the floor.
Every Kynett flywheel and flywheel package comes with a 2-year warranty; accessories have a 1-year warranty. Production and assembly happen in our own workshop in the Netherlands.
What is the difference between HOME and FIT?
Both are portable. The FIT is aluminum and takes disc sets from 3 to 15 mm, up to 200 kg of resistance. The HOME is lighter (4.9 kg) and uses HOME disc sets of 3–5 mm, up to 65 kg.
Do I need to mount it to a wall?
HOME and FIT strap to a rack, pole or tree. The PRO comes with a height-adjustable wall mount. The STREXBOX needs no anchor at all.
Can I add more resistance later?
Yes – with larger disc sets. Each flywheel has its own compatible discs; the accessory pages only show the ones that fit yours.
Is flywheel training suitable for rehabilitation?
Yes. Because the resistance follows the force you produce, it is widely used by physiotherapists, and our devices are CE (MDR) certified.
