Train with up to three STREXBOX discs on the Kynett STREXBOX and easily adjust inertia and training intensity by stacking discs!
NOTE: The STREXBOX device is compatible only with STREXBOX resistance discs.

Example: The STREXBOX Disc M provides a similar resistance level as the 15 mm Kynett disc set. This allows users to achieve a high training stimulus within a compact system!

Kynett ships its products through the worldwide network of UPS or FedEx. Just before a shipment, the customer receives a tracking number, so that the shipment can be followed by track & trace.

BENEFITS OF FLYWHEEL TRAINING

 

 

Train at your own level: With traditional strength training, the weight remains the same throughout the exercise. This means the resistance does not always match what someone can produce at that moment. With flywheel training, resistance is determined by the force you apply yourself. When you produce more force, resistance increases. When you produce less force, the system automatically adjusts. As a result, you always train at your own level, and every repetition remains effective, regardless of your stage of recovery or strength development.
More impact from every repetition:
Because the resistance adapts to the force you generate, the muscle is engaged throughout the entire movement. When training with fixed weights, certain positions may feel heavier while others feel lighter. With a flywheel system, resistance remains appropriate in every joint angle. This creates continuous muscle tension and supports balanced strength development across the full range of motion.
Getting stronger and more resilient:
When the flywheel rotates back, the movement must be controlled and decelerated. During this phase, increased eccentric loading occurs. This type of loading plays an important role in muscle development, tendon rehabilitation, and improving overall load tolerance.
