  2. The Enode Sensor can now easily be placed magnetically on the adapter.
  3. By default, there is no Flywheel exercise in the Enode Pro app. This must therefore be created first.
  4. Go to Management > Exercises > tip in the top right corner to create a new exercise. First select an exercise you want to derive from, e.g. Back Squat. In equipment select Flywheel and you are done.

Information Kynett Sensor

The Sensor provides a comprehensive set of performance metrics during resistance training, each measured in specific units. Below is a detailed list of these parameters along with their corresponding units:

Velocity Metrics:

  • Average Velocity (AV): The mean speed during the concentric phase of a lift, measured in meters per second (m/s).
  • Peak Velocity (PV): The maximum speed achieved during the concentric phase, also in meters per second (m/s).

Power Metrics:

  • Average Power (AP): The mean power output during the concentric phase, expressed in watts (W).
  • Peak Power (PP): The highest power output reached during the concentric phase, also measured in watts (W).

Force Metrics:

  • Average Force (AF): The mean force exerted during the concentric phase, measured in newtons (N).
  • Peak Force (PF): The maximum force exerted during the concentric phase, also in newtons (N).

Additional Metrics:

  • Range of Motion (ROM): The total distance the barbell or body moves during a lift, measured in meters (m).
  • Duration: The time taken to complete a repetition, measured in seconds (s).

These metrics enable athletes and coaches to monitor and analyze performance with precision, facilitating data-driven adjustments to training programs. The Sensor has been validated for its accuracy and reliability in measuring these parameters during various resistance training exercises.
