Refund policy

All of our products are returnable within 30 days. To qualify for the return right, the following return conditions apply:

– The products must be unused
– The packaging must be undamaged

Please contact us to start a return procedure. If there is no prior contact or the return does not meet the conditions, we can unfortunately not accept the returned products. We will ship returned products back to our known address.
The costs for this are for the buyer.
